This kitchen was designed to feel fresh, elevated, and easy to live in. Crisp white cabinetry, warm wood flooring, soft brass hardware, and a dramatic black island create a beautiful balance of contrast and warmth. The custom range hood with a natural wood band adds a collected, organic element, while the full-height stone backsplash brings in quiet movement and sophistication. Thoughtful lighting, glass-front cabinets, and layered finishes give the space a polished feel without making it feel untouchable. It is a kitchen made for everyday living, gathering, cooking, and hosting, with details that feel timeless rather than trendy.

SULTRY NOIR LOUNGE
This sultry noir lounge was designed to feel intimate, layered, and unapologetically dramatic. Deep walls, rich wood cabinetry, smoked glass, and black textured tile create a moody backdrop, while sculptural seating and soft neutral upholstery keep the room inviting and comfortable.
The space blends masculine depth with refined glamour through bold contrast, collected accessories, candlelight, and statement furniture. Every detail was chosen to create a lounge that feels both elevated and relaxed, perfect for quiet conversation, evening cocktails, or a moment that feels just a little more special.
RODEO PALMS CLUBHOUSE
Designed as a versatile gathering place for the community, the Rodeo Palms Clubhouse seamlessly supports everything from HOA meetings to baby showers and neighborhood celebrations. Warm materials, thoughtful lighting, and flexible seating allow the space to adapt effortlessly, creating an environment that feels both welcoming and intentional.
